DHS, through its Housing and Support Services Division, is seeking to provide tenancy supports to HUD Section 811 Project Based Program participants who are experiencing or have experienced long term homelessness and serious mental illness in the 7 county metro area to live successfully in the community.
Project Goals and Objectives
This section should clearly define and discuss the goals and objectives of the project, which include successful transition into the 811 units, ongoing housing stability, and successful mitigation to resolve tenancy issues. Propose and describe outcomes that will be used to demonstrate the program’s effectiveness, including culturally and linguistically appropriate services.
Funding Information
Total amount of funding available is $360,886 for the two years.
Eligibility Criteria
Both non-profit and for-profit agencies providing social services are eligible to apply for funding as qualified Responders.
