Please note: Consistent with the City Council’s May 24, 2022 declaration of a Level 4 water shortage, the 2022-23 Community Environment Enhancement Grant (CEEG) program strongly discourages any water intensive projects or projects that involve new plantings/ gardens, including drought tolerant or native plants, as all require water to get established. Conversion of existing spray sprinkler systems to drip and low flow irrigation is encouraged instead.
