Funding Information
- Total amount of federal funding available for sub award: $9,895
- Award period: July 1st, 2023 through December 31st, 2024.
Eligible Projects
Funding will be considered for projects that demonstrate any or all of the following:
- Early detection rapid response species control
- Re-vegetation/restoration
- Biological control monitoring
- Landowner cost shares
- Education/outreach
- Mapping/data collection
- New CWMA startup projects
- Revisitation of past EDRR reports
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be an active Cooperative Weed Management Area (CWMA), Conservation District (CD) or County Weed District (WD) in Nevada.
- Applicant must have or be in the process of applying for a Nevada Vendor Number
- Applicant must have a mechanism for receiving, documenting and reporting on grant funds and activities in place. Reporting accurate financial records is required.
- Applicant must not be in default on any other grants with the NDA or USFS.
- Applicant must have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), please note that DUNS was replaced by UEI April 4th, 2022.
