Details:

The purpose of the program is to assist qualified businesses with improving the outside of the businesses’ buildings and facilities. Local governments will apply to the program to capitalize a grants fund and develop an application process for businesses to improve their building facades. The program aims to help revitalize commercial buildings, support local revitalization efforts and contribute to creating a sense of place within Maryland Sustainable Communities.
