MLEC offers the program to help its rural schools cope with increasing financial pressure and show its support for education. All K-12 educators working at a school in one of the five counties served by MLEC are invited to participate in the program.
Funding Information
Two, $1000 grants are awarded in each county each school year.
Eligibility Criteria
Kindergarten thru twelfth grade teachers/principals are eligible to apply for one of two, $1000 grants available in each of the following MLEC counties: Hickman, Houston, Humphreys, Lewis and Perry.
