This program will select 15 businesses to join their 2022-2023 cohort of Equity Fund Grantees to build capacity for their small business community.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for a grant from the Equity Fund for Queer Entrepreneurs of Color, individuals must meet all of the following qualifications:
- Your business has been in operation for more than one year (7/1/2021)
- Your business must be located in and does business primarily in Minneapolis
- As the owner of the business, you identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Two-Spirt, Intersex, Asexual, and/or Gender Diverse (LGBTQ2SIA+)
- As the owner of the business, you are Black, Indigenous, and/or a Person of Color (BIPOC)
- Your business owned 50% or more by an LGBTQ+ BIPOC person (If your ownership structure is more complex, they will provide an opportunity to share more later in the application.)
