As part of Social Justice Platform, the Hornets will be focusing on economic mobility and how we can continue to help build others up, especially in Charlotte and the surrounding areas. The summit will take place virtually with an opportunity to promote innovators and their concepts through social media outlets. The top four finalists will then be invited to present their pitches in person to a panel of judges.

Eligibility Criteria
The Promotion is open businesses who (i) agree to these Official Rules, (ii) owned/managed by individuals who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, (iii) are legal residents residing or domiciled within one hundred fifty (150) miles of the Charlotte, North Carolina city limits (the “Eligibility Area”) and (iv) are at least 51% minority-owned, operated and controlled (i.e., owned, operated and controlled by an individual or group of individuals who are each at least 25% Asian, Black, Hispanic or Native American). Do not enter the Promotion if your state of residence, age or any other rule or law prohibits or restricts you from entering or participating in the Promotion, or prohibits, restricts or limits the award of the prize. You must be able to accept the award of the prize without rules or restrictions imposed by the jurisdiction in which you live.
